• Order details: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought.
• Account details: if you create an account, your login email and saved addresses.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Site usage: pages visited and basic device information, only if you allow analytics cookies.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe and is never seen or stored by us.

• To process, ship and support your order (needed to fulfil our contract with you).
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates by email.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (our legitimate interest).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, only with your consent.
• To keep records required by accounting and tax law (a legal obligation).

We never sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers we need to run the store, such as our payment provider, shipping carriers, our e-commerce and hosting platform, and our email service.
