This website is run by Claire Beauty Lab, a company based in Finland. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Claire Beauty Lab, and “you” means anyone who visits the site or places an order. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

To place an order you must be of legal age to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us must be accurate and your own.

Please do not misuse the site, try to access parts of it that are not meant for you, or use our content, photos or text for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We sell the Bio-Collagen Overnight Mask in packs of 1, 5 and 10 individually sealed sachets. We do our best to show the product, its colours and its packaging accurately, but your screen may show colours slightly differently.

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the directions and ingredient list on each sachet before use, do a small patch test if your skin is sensitive, and stop using the product if irritation appears. Our products are not medical treatments.

All prices are shown at checkout in the currency of your region. Shipping is free on every order.

• Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 15% off when you buy 2 packs and 30% off when you buy 3 or more.
• We may change prices, offers and pack sizes at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a product is clearly listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we accept and ship your order.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, stock runs out, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Shipping is free on every order. Orders usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Every order is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, and customers in the EU also keep their legal right to withdraw from a purchase. How returns and refunds work is explained in our Refund Policy.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for using the product against its directions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
