Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order, whatever the pack size and wherever you are. There is no minimum spend and no hidden fee at checkout.

Orders usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days after they are placed.

This is an estimate. Public holidays, busy seasons, customs checks and local carrier delays can sometimes add a few days.

We ship to selected countries. The countries you can choose at checkout are the countries we currently deliver to. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will let you know.

After you place your order, we email you a confirmation. We will also keep you updated by email as your order makes its way to you. If you have a question about where your parcel is, just reply to your order email or contact us.

Every mask is individually sealed in its own sachet, so your masks stay fresh and protected on the way to you.

For orders sent outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in our prices.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before your order ships.
